En skremmende tanke for alle som har hatt en krangel med barnet sitt om \u00e5 legge fra seg telefonen og spise middag!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Heldigvis finnes det mange verkt\u00f8y og metoder for \u00e5 redusere denne risikoen, slik at barna v\u00e5re kan nyte fordelene ved teknologi samtidig som vi beskytter dem mot farene.<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h6>1. V\u00e6r et godt forbilde<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Barn l\u00e6rer mer av hva vi gj\u00f8r enn hva vi sier. Hvis vi har strenge regler for skjermbruk, men selv sitter klistret til telefonen, vil barna v\u00e5re mest sannsynlig ikke f\u00e5 med seg budskapet vi pr\u00f8ver \u00e5 formidle. Hvis dette gjelder deg, tenk p\u00e5 hvordan du kan bruke de samme strategiene p\u00e5 deg selv.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>2. Klare forventninger + konsekvente regler<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Snakk med barna dine om hva dere anser som akseptabel skjermbruk. Sp\u00f8r dem hva de mener er rimelig. Lag tydelige regler sammen om hva som er greit og ikke greit. Hvis strenge regler er vanskelige \u00e5 f\u00f8lge opp, gj\u00f8r dem mindre strenge, men hold dem tydelige og konsekvente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>3. Sett relevante grenser for daglig skjermtid<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Forskjellige familier har forskjellige behov \u2013 og det er helt greit! Det viktigste er at barnet f\u00e5r tid til alt annet det trenger (lekser, s\u00f8vn, fysisk aktivitet osv.). Skjermtid m\u00e5 tilpasses resten av hverdagen, ikke omvendt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>4. Innf\u00f8r mobilfri tid minst \u00e9n time f\u00f8r leggetid<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dette sier seg nesten selv. Det finnes mange grunner til \u00e5 unng\u00e5 skjermer f\u00f8r leggetid, blant annet p\u00e5 grunn av skjermens p\u00e5virkning p\u00e5 s\u00f8vnkvaliteten. \u00c5 holde mobilen utenfor dagens mest intime rutiner hjelper med \u00e5 unng\u00e5 at den blir en uunnv\u00e6rlig del av livet.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>5. Sl\u00e5 av varsler fra apper der det er mulig<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Selv om enkelte apper (som Kidslox) trenger varsler for \u00e5 fungere, bruker mange andre \u2013 s\u00e6rlig sosiale medier og spill \u2013 varsler for \u00e5 lokke brukeren tilbake og skape vanedannende atferd. Sammen med eldre barn kan dere se gjennom innstillingene og sl\u00e5 av varsler der det ikke er n\u00f8dvendig.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>7. Etabler skjermfrie tider og steder<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gode vaner bygges over tid. Sett faste regler hjemme om n\u00e5r og hvor det ikke er lov \u00e5 bruke mobil. Mange familier har for eksempel mobilforbud ved middagsbordet, eller lar barna lade telefonene sine utenfor soverommet om natten.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>8. Prioriter ekte, menneskelig samhandling<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Avhengighet handler ofte om hva vi gir v\u00e5r oppmerksomhet til. Kjemp imot dette ved \u00e5 prioritere virkelige samtaler og \u00f8yeblikk:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> a) Ikke svar p\u00e5 telefonen mens du snakker med noen,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> b) Ikke bruk skjerm n\u00e5r noen snakker til deg,<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> c) La det virkelige liv avbryte skjermbruken \u2013 ikke omvendt.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>9. Forst\u00e5 farene<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c5 forst\u00e5 at skjermavhengighet kan f\u00e5 reelle konsekvenser, hjelper barn \u00e5 utvikle selvregulering. Snakk med barna om farene. Det er naturlig \u00e5 ta opp slike temaer n\u00e5r dere snakker om regler for mobilbruk eller forklarer hvorfor dere bruker foreldrekontroll.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6>10. Tilby alternativer<\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ingenting bekjemper en d\u00e5rlig vane bedre enn en god en. Legg merke til n\u00e5r, hvor og i hvilke situasjoner barnet ditt har en tendens til \u00e5 forsvinne inn i skjermen.
